Ben Lord, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the Bank’s digital, technology, retail banking, and operational success. He has been in the banking industry for over ten years and in the technology and technology security industries for over twenty years. Ben is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the New England School of Financial Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science from Providence College.

In addition to his role at Bluestone Bank, Ben is the chair of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Steering Committee and actively volunteers at Our Daily Bread in Mansfield, MA and Old Colony Habitat for Humanity.
