Don Parsons, Vice President & Mortgage Consultant, with over 25 years of Home Loan experience and more than $1 billion in closed mortgages, brings a deep understanding of the lending landscape and a proven ability to match clients with the right financing solutions.

Don works with a wide range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers and has expertise in construction and renovation loans, as well as jumbo and adjustable-rate mortgages. He is known for building long-term relationships and takes a hands-on approach to ensure each client feels confident in their decisions, no matter what the market conditions.

Don is actively involved in the local community through Business Network International (BNI) in Kingston. Outside of work, he enjoys international travel with his family and working on home renovation projects.
