Carie Ann Bailey is the Senior Vice President, Premier Banking Officer at Bluestone Bank. A proud graduate of Bryant University, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Management concentration.

Carie has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and joined Bluestone in 2011 as a Retail Administrator. In this role, she worked to build and strengthen lasting financial relationships between Bluestone and its customers. She also spearheaded the Bank’s management training program. In 2021, Carie launched Bluestone’s Customer Experience initiative, working with all business lines to ensure best in class service across the Bank. In her current role, Carie continues to successfully help identify and prioritize the steps necessary for customers to reach their unique financial goals.

Carie is known for her dedication to serving, being present in, and developing the community to which Bluestone Bank belongs. An avid volunteer, she is President of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, Board Secretary for HopeHealth Community VNA, Board Incorporator for Hockomock Area YCMA, and an Allocation Committee member for United Way of Greater Plymouth County.

In her free time, Carie loves to travel and spend time with her beloved husband and son. She owns two Italian Greyhounds, and they both live like royalty in her home!
