Sarah Hargraves is an Assistant Vice President, Premier Banking Officer at Bluestone Bank. She joined the Bank in 2026 with eight years of experience in the industry, working first as a teller at Navigant Credit Union, and most recently as an Assistant Branch Manager at BayCoast Bank.

Sarah attended Worcester State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Fitchburg State University, where she earned her Master’s of Business Administration.

Sarah is from Swansea, MA, and in her free time, she enjoys crafting, DIY projects, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
