Deb has more than 35 years of customer service and management experience in the financial services industry, joining Bluestone Bank in 2007. Her academic career includes Dean College, New England College of Business, and Cambridge College, where she is earning an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration – Banking and Finance. 

Deb is an avid volunteer, doing community service as a member of the Mansfield Rotary Club, an Ambassador with the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce, and a Board Member of the Old Colony Habitat for Humanity. She is responsible for the day to day operations and business development of Bluestone’s Bridgewater Center and Bridgewater Scotland Boulevard branches.
