Message from the CEO

Allow me to introduce myself: I’m Meg McIsaac, the President & CEO of Bluestone Bank. I would like to take a moment to personally thank you for being a valued customer and an important part of our community bank. I’d also like to extend a warm welcome to those of you whom I have yet to meet.

Being a Community Bank isn’t just a mindset—it’s a set of actions that support the well-being of our customers and the communities we’re all part of. At Bluestone, we are firmly committed to our role as a local resource. Whether we’re sponsoring scholarships for promising students, rolling up our sleeves for local organizations, or investing in causes like affordable housing and education, we’re thinking of our neighborhoods and our neighbors – asking how we can help.

You’ll often see the phrase backed by Bluestone in our branches, on our marketing materials, and throughout our communications with the community. As a customer, backed by Bluestone means more than having the financial solutions you need, it also means we have your best interest at heart. To not only help you reach your financial goals, but to help you reach them supported by a bank family you can rely on—your true partner for every step of your financial journey.

When I’m not at the bank, I serve as a Director and Risk Committee member of the Mutual Bank Administrative Committee, the Community Bankers Council, a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council, and Women CEO Peer Group. I also support various nonprofit organizations including serving Sturdy Health System on its Audit Committee and the Metro South Boys and Girls Club. Through each of these roles, I continue to see first-hand how much can be achieved when organizations work toward the success and well-being of the people they serve.

Thank you again for choosing Bluestone Bank as your partner. I encourage you to reach out to any of our team members and see how we can assist you with your financial journey, and to truly experience what being backed by Bluestone can mean to you.

Sincerely,
