Travel and Your Bluestone Bank Business Debit Card
To stop card fraud before it occurs and help protect your accounts and the bank, Bluestone Bank may place purchase restrictions on daily limits and geographic areas. When traveling to an area heavy with card fraud, such as California, you may find your debit card is declined when you know it shouldn’t be. If you’re planning to travel outside of Massachusetts or out of the country, please contact us with your travel dates and destinations. MasterCard Automatic Biller Updates
MasterCard requires all debit card issuers to participate in its Automatic Biller Updater Program. When a new card is issued and a cardholder's expiration date or card number changes, this program triggers updates to merchants who have the cardholder's information on file for direct and/or recurring billing purposes. If you set up a monthly payment to cover your gym membership with your Debit MasterCard, for example, Bluestone Bank will automatically contact your gym to update your information when your card renews. Please call us at 800.356.8622 if you choose to opt-out of this service.
SUM® ATM Network
Conveniently access your cash when on-the-go with the SUM Network. Avoid ATM surcharges by using your Bluestone Bank ATM card or Debit MasterCard® at ATMs displaying the SUM logo. Foreign ATM fees may apply.
